Ride deep into the rugged landscapes of the Peak District, linking together remote bridleways, forest singletrack, ancient causeways and flowing cycle trails, with the occasional quiet lane connecting the best riding.
Expect loose gravel, technical sections and rewarding climbs, with huge views and a real sense of exploration throughout. This isn’t the smooth white-road gravel of Tuscany or the fast pistes around Girona. The Peaks are wilder, rougher, and all the more rewarding.
You should have good off-road bike handling skills and be comfortable on loose and technical terrain. Some sections may require short hike-a-bike and careful line choice. Come prepared to get stuck in and embrace the adventure.
This is proper British gravel.
