This is a fantastic opportunity to see world tour riders battle it out in unforgiving terrain and to challenge yourself on the very same climbs.

This summer 2022 the TDF passes right by the Ciclo Magic accommodation. The riders will summit the local brutal Col du Granon (2413m) in the final of Stage 11 on 13^th July. The tour departs Briancon the next day for Stage 12. We can watch the riders ascend the Col du Galibier (2645m) before they proceed to tackle the Col de la Croix de Fer (2067m) and the mighty Alpe D’Huez (1850m).

Stay in a lovely chalet-hotel and be looked after by the Ciclo Magic French Alps team. A plentiful breakfast to start the day and a nutritious home-cooked evening meal.

Off the bike this valley has incredible hiking, running, climbing and rafting. From the chalet door a network of easy to follow footpaths travel alongside the river and ascend high up the mountain side.

If you choose to take a rest day, relax in the natural thermal spa of Le Monetier les Bains or stroll the streets of Briancon’s beautiful old town. A place of history and art. A celebration of local cuisine.
